Discovery
A structured health check designed to understand how and why your current operations, processes and functions are set up. We assess what is working, identify gaps and uncover opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and scalability. You receive a tailored recommendations deck outlining our findings, the rationale behind each recommendation, prioritised improvements and the proposed cost of engaging Hexcite Collective to deliver them.

Retained
Following Discovery, we move from recommendations to execution. Once the proposed scope is approved we work alongside your team to implement the agreed improvements, coordinate workstreams and drive progress against defined priorities. The £3,000 Discovery fee is deducted from the agreed Bespoke engagement, creating a clear pathway from assessment to delivery without paying twice for the initial discovery work.
